The workshop is geared towards promoting inter-disciplinary research collaboration and has attracted researchers from diverse disciplines such as Urban Planning, Urban ecology, genetics, among other Edible insects and Landscape Architecture.

A week-long workshop aimed at fostering JKUAT’s data science capacity opened at the University on Monday June 3, 2019.
The training was facilitated and financed by PASUFONS which is a collaboration between the Departments of Food Science and Technology in JKUAT, Food Science and Technology in Makerere and Food Science in Stellenbosch University.
